1.2 Governing Law

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between babd88 and the Player with respect to the use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, negotiations, arrangements, understandings, or agreements (whether oral or written) between the parties relating to the subject matter of these Terms.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on babd88. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or the same household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all linked accounts.

3.1 Registration Information

When creating a babd88 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at the time of registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of deposited funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your babd88 login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your account. babd88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a request may be suspended.

3.4 Account Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. If your contact details, payment method, or residential address change, you must update your babd88 account accordingly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or inability to receive important account communications.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a player's account carry a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before the associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and sports betting wagers 100% at minimum odds of 1.70.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotional terms, all bonus funds and associated free spins expire 7 days from the date of credit to the player's account. Expired bonus funds are removed from the player's bonus balance and cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to monitor the expiry status of any active bonus in their account.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are intended for recreational player use only. babd88 reserves the right to decline or withdraw a bonus offer, or to void bonus-derived winnings, where there is reasonable evidence that a player is abusing the bonus system. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing bets that create a statistical near-certainty of retaining bonus funds regardless of game outcome (commonly known as "bonus hunting"), using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or colluding with other players to satisfy wagering requirements.

5.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Player

Welcome bonuses are available to each new player once only, on their first qualifying deposit. Welcome bonuses are not available to players who have previously held a babd88 account that was closed, banned, or self-excluded, or where babd88 determines that the new registration is connected to an existing account through shared personal details, device fingerprint, or payment method.

babd88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it determines that a player has violated these Terms, provided false registration information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required to fulfil a legal, regulatory, or responsible gaming obligation.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their babd88 account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid account closure request, babd88 will process the closure within 48 hours and return any verified withdrawable balance to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be voided upon voluntary closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from babd88 on responsible gaming grounds may do so immediately through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. 7.3 Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, or operation of multiple accounts — babd88 reserves the right to void all pending withdrawals, forfeit all account balances (including real-money deposits where they form part of a fraudulent transaction pattern), and pursue recovery of any losses caused to the platform by the player's conduct through appropriate legal channels.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. babd88 will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. If no response is received and the account remains inactive, a monthly administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required verification steps.
